Shutdown Timer is a small utility that will help you schedule when your computer should shutdown, logoff or reboot.
You
specify the date and time and chose the action you want the program to
perform: Shutdown (normal/forced), Logoff or Reboot. Then you can
minimize the application to the tray icon and when the countdown hits
zero, Shutdown Timer performs whatever action you have specified.
